ok, first of all I would vote for staying denied a few more days. One week is nice, but one more with a good amount of teasing could show some more self conrtol.
In case you would deny yourself a little bit longer I suggest to do the following tease from all2true (Hi SC! )!
It gives you the option to choose the teasing time and I can highly recommmend the one hour variant.
Then you can really show how much control you have when finshing it.
