weekend challenge
Okay I am hoping this causes one of you to fail
it is time for Ladders of the Most evil kind
you will stroke and edge holds and rests work as below:
1rst edge hold 20 sec with a rest of 60 sec
2nd: hold 30 sec, rest 50
4th hold 40 sec, rest of 40sec
5th hold 50 sec rest just 30sec
6th hold 60sec rest just 20 sec
7th edge hold 70 seconds!
that is ONE ladder!!
you will do 3 a day for a total of 21 edges if you need to you can adjsut all 21 to one day..
If this doesn't work I will adjust grips and speeds too! (on monday)
