how to add a pic to my signature?

I'm sure it's a simple thing to do, but I'm even simpler than that

so can someone please explain how I can add a pic to my signature. I've got a real need to confess my love of Elise Graves to one and all

Yo do the same as in post
link the url inside the [img ][/img]
tags
in the signature part of your control panel

thanks Les, but all I do in my posts is to use the 'upload attachment>filename>add the file.

finding the url for a pic on my hard drive is a little beyond me

any suggestions?

the pictures in your signature must be hot links.
you can upload your picture to a file or picture share site
or link to the original picture if you found it on the web.
try using google image search
