Injury
Injury
Whilst testing out one of my web teases on another site some months ago I managed to injure a ball! It took some months to heal and I have to say that I was rather worried and embarrassed about going to my doctor! Luckily it seems to have healed.
I love the feel of tied balls but I think that site visitors should have some info and a warning. Perhaps someone here has some medical knowledge of possible injuries and consequences.
Hardcore pain addicts might think I am being a pussy, but if someone of school age, for example were to try some of our more aggressive teases and injure themselves badly it would not be good!
If a warning is given of possible injuries then it is very much down to the individual to decide how hard to play! Perhaps a "Medical Information" forum is one answer? There was a guy on OD who helped in this way.

Luckily it got better on its own.....I think I tied my balls a bit too tight but the left ball felt as if it ruptured....it did not swell up and I found that tucking my cock to that side stopped the feeling. It lasted for several weeks but didn't get any worse. Slowly it has got better. I avoided going to the doctor but my concern is to share my experience so others don't have to....of course there is a good tease theme there....."A Visit to Doctor Elizabeth!"
The answer is, in my view, have fun when The Mistresses tell you to tie up your balls.....just don't go mad!

This precisely proves my point that we need to provide safety information. Do I have your permission to use this story in the upcoming Wiki? People tend to listen to this kind of first-hand experience a lot better than when I repeat "Play it safe" all the time.
As for a "Medical Information" forum... Well, I have a problem with medically unqualified members like myself giving their opinions on this stuff. Maybe we could make something like "Milovana Answers" where someone poses a question and us admins get a real answer from a real doctor.

I equally think that there should be a safty advice. OK, I think at least I am old enough to avoid hurting me really. So I normally do not follow teases litterally when they tell me to slap my ball hard enough to fall to the ground and whiper for 20 minutes.
But maybe a young guy, a little bit overenthusiastic following orders...
Even if different people have very different pain levels a tease author should IMHO try to be reasonable in his punishments. And of course a teaseuser should be careful in going to his physical painlimits.
I do not think a Security Advice, even if not all new members will read it, is wrong. I think it is a good and important action.

does that mean your in support of my idea of a advice sheet for when they sign up or want to slate it lol?
i admit when i write teases i don't expect people to follow them out entirely, if they did then theres going to be alot of people out there with injured balls, but i never write anything that i wouldn't do myself so i know that as long as you follow the instructions you should be safe enough.
but still and i can't stress this enough, if your unsure about something or have doubts about something in a tease, simply DON'T DO IT.
safety should always come first.

I'm glad so many people agree....you can certainly use my story. I am sure others have pulled a ball or two. The danger is part of the fun...A section on the site warning people to respect their personal and physical limits keeps things simple. If people then go too far it rests only in their lap! (So to speak!)
Hey alpahde5, are you trying to be incognito? You want us to be confused... always as guest first
No wanted to agree to you proposal of a safty-advice.
On the other hand
I heard of enormous steps in chirurgy. Maybe there is a possibility for a third hand for seraph0x... Which would also in other situations of live helpful and somtimes certainly interesting.

Good link
You should read this site over: http://www.malesubmission.com/faq/cbt.htm The basic idea is to know your personal limits because everyone is built differently. People also have different tolerance to pain. Some sensations can cause more pain with less risk of injury too. For example, rubbing the balls together can cause a good deal of discomfort while not seriously placing you at risk for rupture or tearing. When playing with a partner IRL it is a good idea to have a safe word. These teases should be no exception if it is too much for the sub to take the safe word should be used. Perhaps, it would be a good idea to include a safe word link on the bottom of pages that are going to be more intense than others. Good luck, happy teasing!

Very interesting read, thanks!Miss_Sirens wrote:You should read this site over: http://www.malesubmission.com/faq/cbt.htm
I don't think we need a safe word link. After all, if something is beyond your limits, just don't do it.Miss_Sirens wrote:When playing with a partner IRL it is a good idea to have a safe word.
