DAY 1
every day of this denial challenge you should make sure to hydrate well
so be sure to be drinking 1 liter (32oz) of water (and or juice) a day.. not all at once.. just over the 24 hours of a day
this is to help you!!

Start of your day with saying OUT LOUD "I am in denial, no cumming for me"
aslo WRITE this ona a piece of paper you will keep this in your wallet or in the money part of your perse
anytime you reach for you wallet you will be reminded you are in Denail!

today is rubbing/ stroking but NO edging!!

you WILL spend a total of 1 hour, 60 min stroking and or rubbing

if you feel like your getting close to an edge Stop touching!

but you Must finish the 1 hour, 60 min of stroking/ rubbing with NO edge before midnight tonight!
