I use saliva. Lots and lots of saliva. I do try to make sure I get a drink afterward, though.

Albolene Moisturizing Cleanser is the best and only one that I use!

I like to have a good amount of time when i do a challenge so i grab a towel and cover my chair with it for when it gets messy, and believe me it does because I use oil. Normal vegetable oil from the supermarket. its cheap its super slick, lubes up great and i really like it.

Jeezus, that would be so messy. I can just imagine what would happen if I tried that, there'd be oil everywhere, on my laptop, on the walls, on the roof.....
