No, everything is ok, you must have run into a very temporary bug.
SexScripts won't go away, I've even got a real life backup plan.

I am fortunate enough to have many versions (actually back from the time CM as available on a Yahoo group) of it and a load of scripts (some I did some I got from others) but Kenneth has decided when shutting it down to refuse us people to continue sharing the program.
Any script we write is now useless for the community since if you don't have the software you cannot run them.
It's is "right" I suppose and don't have the time nor the energy to fight this fight..... I'd rather leave things as is and only have sympathy for many of you out there, especially people who have greatly contributed to the CM project and got the feeling of being left out.

I've tried converting my Ashley stuff for SexScripts, but it seems to be just to complex to do smoothly... and it's too much work to start from scratch.
SexScripts works very differently than CM scripting-wise, sadly (very much designed for 'linear' routines, not ones that 'jump around' like Ashley or some of the huge sessions others made for CM). Still, it's possible to do some great things with it, and most of the more 'simple' CM scripts could be converted fairly easily.
I've been away from the 'software mistress' scene for a while, but have been playing around again this past week as part of a look at this sort of software over the years for my blog. It made me very nostalgic to remember the days spent coding routines for CM (and before that, PC Mistress).
I like SexScripts, and it has tons of promise... it's just hard for me to get back into this after the years wasted when CM was suddenly shut down and no longer made available. I honestly still feel like I was kicked in the teeth by that, and that makes starting up all over again really tough.

At the risk of necro-bumping an old thread, I thought it worth posting that I have now ported Ashley to SexScripts, though some things (like her Advent Countdown session) are not yet added.
I still miss CM and the years of work I put into developing material for it (my advice to fellow content creators: go with a program like SexScripts that is open source so it can't be "pulled" without warning by the author one day!) but SexScripts has pretty much surpassed it now in terms of capabilities and features, and many of the 'big' CM scripts now exist either as SS 'ports' or have similar equivalents.
I'm still working on porting my last few CM routines over to SexScripts (such as 'Bad Habits' and 'Lara's Dig'), as well as developing new ones to push what is possible (recently released a demo of a 'space shooter' game for it!!!), and Ashley will hopefully one day be at least as complete as she was on CM.
