hello peoples

just curious if anyone else has has used supplements or tried different foods
to give themselves bigger cum shots.
if you have what sort of results did you get what did you use do you still do it ?

i have been trying myself using maca, lecithin, now and again a zinc supplement
and trying to eat a lot of whole foods and drink lots of water,
but can never abstain from whacking off for more than 3days at a time.
even with edging i can only manage about 5 or 6 before it just feels too good and i just cant stop myself :-)
as for the loads they are alot bigger in stead of a one big spurt and a dribble i get from a daily wank its like 3 to 4 spurts and a torrent :w00t:

In my observations over my body, I have a bigger load if I'm not thirsty and if I'm horny enough. Of course not cumming for a few days (no matter with teasing or not) results in bigger load. Didn't notice changes based on food. My ration is pretty-much the same all the time, and the ammount of cum differs nonetheless.
