I list mainly the things that I noticed as being different from the previous times I tried

Miss Shell can be Irene Adler, the woman who keeps Holmes terribly confused. I hear she's good at that.

I could be Watson on a good day, or Mrs Hudson on a bad day. Or maybe the hound of the Baskervilles, who turns out to be a big but friendly dog who's rather puzzled at all the new people running around and just wants somebody to throw a stick or something.
