I am wondering will this work or just give proxy sites more business.

We are lucky here as trolls and flame wars are rare and short lived.
                   "Sexual predilections" are applauded not feared.

I think that there have been a few really well publicised "troll" stories in the UK and the tabloids seem to have the whole Idea between their teeth and many have started their tedious "campaigns" about it. But in fact much of the stories are about direct cyber bullying not the classic "trolling" that is often seen on the web.

Which is more to do with racism than trolling. or the case of the down syndrome girl who has become the face of many a meme. which is more than a little disgusting.

But the tabloids have certainly grasped this with both hands. I can applaud attempts to tackle cyber bullying. But once again, people have cottoned onto a phrase "trolling" which means something completely different.

I don't think Cameron has much of a reputation to defend. His record on...everything has thus far been abysmal. He even went home and left his child in the pub the other day. But this is classic government knee jerk reaction to an "outraged" tabloid reaction to something they know little about.

But hey as long as it deflects attention from them hacking the phones of murdered school girls then they will be happy.

there are rock troll, ice trolls, water trolls...

some are very resistant to magic others fire
some regenerate quickly...

trolls have plagued europe for thousands of years
and now apparently they have figured out how to use the innernet.

gone are the living in some remote cave days
now your average troll hangs out in a cheep flat
or near free wi-fi hubs.

they are no longer easy to spot, no.. green skin with warts or turning to stone in day time
do the rampant inbreeding with mortals.

the difficult thing is distinguishing an actual troll form someone who is having just a bit of trollish behavior
