Having just talked to Seraphox, I wanted to share an update.
The Milovana team is currently in the process of moving to a new chat server and software. This has nothing to do with current chat issues (or that it's currently down at 13:00 / 1:00pm GMT May 26th). However due to some hard work we were able to get the chat server up so it can function as the temporary chat room while the normal chat room is down.
Updated Milovana Temporary Chat!
Once the room loads, you'll be given the username of whatever your Forum profile name is. For the time being, you can't change your username (though you will be able to in the near future). We don't have all the normal rooms setup, or features quite yet, but it will serve well for having chat hosted on Milovana that everyone can get into the room while chat is down.
