Was the underage chatter a registered user? If so can you block or cancel the account? Otherwise, and this is perhaps too simplistic of me - just don't chat with anyone who states they are underage. It is a rule of the site that you must be eighteen. Follow the rule as a responsible user and the site will be just fine. If you want to chat with someone under the age of eighteen that you encountered here do it somewhere else. At your peril
