Try toothpaste

Little tiny dabs of Icy Hot or BenGay or Tiger Balm might do what you want. I find toothpaste to be too benign and easily tolerated, although it can be an interesting stimulant. Just a little tiny spot of Icy Hot on the tip tip of a finger and applied to the right sensitive location can be the right degree of pain, very similar to a clothes pin, but not so easily ended.

There is a product called Hot Motion Lotion.

This lotion gets warmer with air blowing on it, or motion, such as stroking or rubbing. It never becomes hot like Icy Hot does.....just really warm and reminding that it is there. It washes off very easily and it comes in a few flavors too.

you can
"dilute" icey hot
with a normal body lotion,
you need to do this before you apply
grab a plate, squeeze a small amount of icey hot on the plate
then squeeze twice to three times that much of a creamy baby lotion
with aloe
mix with a spoon
and apply

the burn is not as intense in small amounts.

or warming gell is sold in many drug stores here in USA
and also has a warming effect without intense pain.
