Okay I was browing around and saw this intresting device/toy
It shows a picture of it

but How would one actully use it?

No I didn't buy it
just honestly curious
do the little clamps go on nipples?
How do the nobs work?
doe it pull up? or roll or ???????

i assume you put nipple clamps on each nipple and attach them to the hook on each side and the nobs will pull the clamps tighter.

OK the foot rests on the sternum.
Nipple clamps are attached to the eyes on the ends of the knobs.
Then the tension can be adjusted by twisting the knobs and screwing in or out.
