I've been training for a few years now, full contact sparring no cups, yet to have anyone in my studio die from being kicked in the boys. Or at all really.... and so far I have found that anyone who claims to be a martial arts expert is the least valuable source of information. Just to go along with the fact that most of it is actually 'safe', I remember that Spike TV show Manswers (kinda like Mythbusters but shorter and raunchier) did a segment about guys who are into trampling and I don't recall all the facts, but I was shocked when they said the amount of weight that needs to be applied directly to the testicles to cause any real damage. That doesn't mean that doing some of the things discribed in teases won't leave you in pain for some time.

It may be fun and exciting to push/test your limits on different things, but always remember that you should be very careful while experimenting with new things. Be extra careful if you are experimenting alone, like though a website as opposed to with a real person (like a mistress) who could always call 911 if something goes very wrong.

I agree with dannywanker that ball smacking is a dangerous activity and that some form of disclaimer or safety notice just warning users of the possible health impacts of performing such an activity should be considered somewhere on this site. That should go for any of the more dangerous activities in the teases. Some sort of notice just saying enjoy the teases with appropriate care. Do not take all them word for word. Not that any of the users are stupid enough to do otherwise, but so as to prevent the possibility of legal actions in future.

On a personal note due the increased frequency of ball slapping teases out there i would like to state, that ball smacking is not a turn on, i never enjoy the teases which promote self harm (i'm not an emo ) (don't someone now change the discussion by being gullable enough to start saying "thats stereotypical not all emos harm"). Also being a younger gent some day i may wish to have a family, and whether medical evidence or not, common sense prevails to say that any harm to my jacobs may well impact on my ability to do so in the future. Of course safety is the most important thing. JD, I don't think that there can be any legal actions against Milovana, even if something bad would happen. I am not a lawyer but it's impossible to proof every webtease by the team and every user is responsible for his own health. Never forget: nobody here is forced to do something and the tastes are always different. Every author can write what she/he want until there is nothing illegal content included.

We thought about to set warnings in the past, but the disadvantage would be that a warning can damage the atmosphere of a story. We are all adults here and responsible for our body, not Milovana is responsible and no webtease author.

I agree with dannywanker,common sense prevails to say that any harm to my jacobs may well impact on my ability to do so in the future. Any impact to the balls hurts.

If milovana believes itself not likely to face any legal actions should someone actually injure themselves while completing a tease, then they are very short sited. A simple diclaimer along the lines of milovana excepts no responsibility and you exercise parts of the teases at the users own discretion by entering this site you agree to be bound by these conditions etc and all the usual bull, just sited at the bottom of the homepage or on a seperate page somewhere would help improve the safety of the site.

I have not suggested a seperate diclaimer on all teases, or for authors to accept responsibility, i stated a simple paragraph somewhere on the site. If milovana sees itself irresponsible enough not to consider its users safety, then i welcome the first legislative action against the site, as it would surely serve as a wake up call or more aptly put, as a good sharp kick in the balls.

Although I don't necessarily agree that it's necessary, I don't see what it could hurt to just throw a "Swim at your own risk" type of thing on the bottom of the mainpage. Like somewhere under the wiki definations of webteases and T&D.
