game ideas for mistress and sub??

what are some fun, and kinky games a sub and mistress could play? we played truth and dare before, and have played question games ( get it right pleasure, get it wrong pain)

any one have some other ideas maybe using dice or other stuff? also something we can do view IM (instant message)
