I was actually very worried about accidents like tripping like u wrote ( Im employed as a "cableguy", much physical labor like climbing poles etc), soo I asked my doctor about it. She told me damage was remote (like 1 to 1 000 000). She also said that blueballs was just a myth thogh...

Did you get any more information that you can share with us? I have always been worried how orgasm denial affects our health. After all, long teasing causes balls to be sore and prostate to be overfilled with cum. Soreness is a signal from our body that something is wrong. And as far as I like that suffering, I'm really concern if it affects the health of my sexual organs. There are no recognized health hazards to denial. The prostate constantly gets cleaned when urinating anyway, and while sperm quality might be affected short term, that should be normal after you resume orgasms.

Basically, nobody knows about the detrimental effects of long term denial.

It is true that many monks live in denial, but I'm not sure what effect this has on their health.
