As for feedback, you don't sound like a native English-speaking person. I have had difficulty understanding 50% of your entire tease, though I try to guess what you mean. With that said, English have to be improved, at least to the extent that it is easily understood.

Another thing is that I felt the tease could be much more simpler. It feels a bit too complicated and I'm not sure if anyone would try it.

I liked most of the ideas there, though you might want to extend the skirt length rule a little more. 5 inches is horribly short and will definitely show panties. I would suggest 7 inches (: Also, instead of a task to gain points from "accidentally flashing her panties", you could make it such that "flashing her panties" whether deliberately or not makes her LOSE points (: That would be fun, at least in my opinion.
