I have the idea of creating a Fuck Hero.
Basically, a Cock Hero variant, but with the user doing it with a sex partner instead of masturbating.

Another idea I'm thinking of using is having Banzai!!! gambling scenes for breaks between rounds, where the winner gets to jerk the loser off as quickly as possible until the break ends. I would suggest a point of view (POV) style Cock Hero that becomes a gateway into causing the player to emulate the experience happening ON screen. In other words, the beat deliberately matches the girl. Thus, the beat requires the player to parallel directly what he is watching. The beat to which the user is required to stroke directly mimics the moves which the girl is making in the video.

Call it a POV-emulator. Or a stimulator simulator.

It would, of course, require some technical mastery. One might, for example, seek out a song which has a beat that already matches some given pre-existing video, and generally a straightforward and regular beat could probably match a large number of vids I've seen. However, getting an accurate match, and gaining any opportunity to vary the beat, would be a very unlikely search for a needle in a haystack. So, a creative teaser might, to the contrary, start not with the video but with the beat. Thereby, he could get a better result by manipulating the video such that the girls' motions during any appropriate (POV!) video would be sped up or slowed down or repeated, such that they would match the beat of the song. Thus, the actions of the player, as long as they match the required game beat, also match the moves of the girl. In fact, a little anticipation of the girls' next moves could be worked in -- for example, during a dark period of video time, the game could start up a new beat, which the player would match, and only then would the girl's image fade in to joining the player. Zowie!

Coupled with some serious "in your face" point-of-view videos that make maximal use of the "get in the zone" or "really believe the fantasy" style of filming, this could be a mind-bender.

And of course, the obvious next step -- instead of printing and playing a beat on screen and in the music track, rather, the creative force simply uploads a servo-dynamic track of command lines, to be sent to a mechanical milking machine ...
