I-dosing?

Has anyone ever tried this? and did it work for you if you have tried it. just saw it and was curious about it

It sounds like I-dosing is a placebo effect, but I have never done it. Myth-busters already proved that sounds can't cause a person to poop, or other similar claims, so I doubt i-dosing is real.

I do it every once in a while, and it definitely has an effect for me. Not all of the different doses, just a few.

Supposedly, the left and right audio channels play different frequencies of sound and the brain is somehow "entranced" to the frequency of the gap between them. Maybe it is just placebo effect, but it is a noticeable effect. I recommend the doses Ecstasy, Anesthesia, and A-Bomb.

I got them free. Wouldn't recommend buying them because they're expensive.

These will work if you want them to and you practice repeatably over a month or more.

It can be likened to the Pavlov effect.
Or hypnosis.
But is not as successful as those as there is no "hands on" or 1o1 tweaking.

Another reason why the interactive forum and chat teases are so much fun.

Highly sceptical, I doubt that these will give you anything more then a placebo effect, or a fuzzy head from listening to high frequency noises.

May track one down just to see though.

80% Placebo
20% Something the sounds causes you to feel

I'd have to guess that it varies from person to person and possible from does to does too. I listened to a few of them and go no reactions what so ever except from being pretty board from sitting there listening to tones for ages.
