Avatar Misplacement

Post by isaccs77 »

For a while now, many of the avatars are showing up misplaced. Often, they'll be several lines above a users post, or even an inch or so the right.

This does not seem to be an issue with my display, so I believe it's a problem when folks upload photos/gifs for their avatar. It makes it difficult to vote for TOTM, and occasionally difficult to read a post.

I didn't see an answer for this issue. If this is a re-posted topic, or if there is a quick fix, please let me know.

I am fine in firefox on laptop for avatars.

I am missing some avatars and posted pictures on my phone using dolphin, whether g3 or wifi.

In fact I also miss some pictures on laptop that are seen on phone.

Phone is Samsung GS2 using 2.3 Gingerbread
HP Laptop using win 7

To answer the question: I'm running Win7 w/ IE explorer 8. Clicked compatability and all seems to work. Thanks for the info all.
