I think you should do 50 squats for excersize every morning. Place you dildo on the floor or a stool between your legs and squat until it penatrates your ass. Each time you go down you must take more of it into your ass but on your 10th thrust you must take it all in and then back out.
If you cant secure it between your legs then you should put it in your ass, do one squat, bend forward and touch your toes and then pull it out. Repeat until done.
