I also notice that the "Latest Forum Updates" don't seem to be updating. Previously, the topic and the latest poster would be displayed. Now, it seems locked in place with you (Seraph0x) as the poster.

This could be on purpose to keep the thread on top. Or not.

I tried recycling window content, too. Same thing.

I'm getting errors when I click on tags that aren't found in the 'interests' section of the filter/search functionality.

For example, manually finding a tease tagged with 'handcuffs' or 'foodplay' and clicking is giving errors.

EDIT: Oh, and clicking on the 'we need your support' girl on the main page is also giving an error.

Hi seraph

First thing i noticed on with firefox is that the "page" look doesn't quite fit (location: left of the home button)
looks a bit like this _______--Home

Welcome.php doesn't seem to work either.

But got to congratulate you on the beautifull look and feel ...

I liked the fact
that there is a better link to accessing "My Posts"
I can view which forums I posted in much quicker.

Please keep this feature!

I do like the look of the site
and the new links sorta worked

Thanks for the update

slavechylde wrote:I have a question about the Search/Filter function, though. Overall, I like it. However, I am wondering why I have to go to a separate page in order to search for teases. I can search for the author on the first page, but to get to the teases, I have to click another link. There doesn't seem to be a reason for it that I can see.
The only reason is that I wanna do a really, really powerful new search that searches the titles, description and full text of the teases without killing the server. Once that's done the search will be integrated in the way you describe. :-)

Yeah, that came with the update. So far I wasn't sure whether the old or new way is better, but I seem to be coming down in favor of the old way, so I'll be changing it soon.

Edit: Ok, now the old way is back. It's better.

Not for me, hmm. Did I fix it accidentally or do you still have the problem.
Edit: Fixed, see below. Thanks.

D'oh. :slap: Yeah, my bad. Fixed.

Press F5.

Did you see the "View your posts" near the top of the screen? That sounds like it does what you describe?

Thanks to everybody who liked the new look and everybody helping to iron out the bugs.

It looks like an instructive error, so I took a screenshot:

A few teases are being displayed twice, same views/rating etc.

Only two I've noticed(I checked all of the first three pages...) were Second visit to MAFAT and "Do you think you have enough stamina? (corrected 2)"

Using firefox, refresh/ctrl f5 did nothing.

I -love- the new updates. :D Something I noticed though, are post counts working (at least in this forum)? Valistar posted here but he's still sitting at zero.

Regarding the post counts: I'll look into it.

Awesome job on the updates ..... and quick responses to the bugs/fixes.

I noticed that "slavchylde" was asking about the - new forum posts - showing on the main page when logging in.

I see that when we get to the main Forum page ...... directly above the "Announcements" there are 3 links we can click on ...... the middle one is "New Posts" and that will list all the new posts since the last visit.

Not sure if you had already figured that out, but wanted to throw it out htere just in case.

thanks

I'm thinking he saw those links, but didn't see the "View your posts" which is further up where you might not immediately expect it. I now moved it down next to the other links so it should be obvious now. :-)

Just viewing the new look. Had to look hard to find login link, which is not on the home(start) page. I do not have the check box that states automatically log me in checked. Other than that so far so good.
Thank you and please keep upm the good, hard work.

A minor cosmetic - When you you click on a user, and then the link to see their teases. I notice you fixed that it would say 'Currently viewing x teases', where x was the user's ID number, rather than their name. But if you then click the 'change filter/search' link, it still has the ID number in the Author field, rather than their name.

Also, in the change filter/search' menu, I think there should be a bit of overriding. For example, clicking any tag link should automatically remove the author filter, as in my opinion, it's unlikely anyone will want to narrow a search within a particular author's tease list by tags.
