They said that to Mozart. Is Don Giovanni possible?
I see no issue other than, your idea of what is possible.
Now put out that cigarette, "People might get hurt".

Ah, so I see that you don't care if your subs' feelings are hurt, or that they might even suffer an emotional breakdown as a result of your actions, and the trust they've mistakenly placed in you. I guess mental/emotional safety isn't a big priority for you.Kendoll wrote:"People might get hurt." societies lame excuse for every restriction.

I wrote the above on Monday. Still not a single word from *any* of Kendoll's subs regarding the matter. What gives? Did she tell them all not to respond? I figured at least one of them would come forward and say "no, she treats me well...". Guess not.Alliteration wrote:I have a request to make of Kendoll's subs. I would like you to post here (or, PM me if you're not comfortable with that). I would like to know first, whether you believe me, and second, how you feel about all this.

I'm going to ignore the above post (by ballsfull), as it's both off-topic and condescending.
Perhaps.....but I get the feeling that if they all responded that she treats them well, and they're all having fun, you would have claimed that Kendoll must have just ~made~ them all say that....Did she tell them all not to respond?

Exactly.... In fact, one of the reasons I DO like these teases is because they have a ~work-out~ aspect to them, (or at least I HOPE that's to be involved, at least tangentially), and I applaud that....sarah_sweetgirl wrote:Mistress Kendoll has been amazing so far and hasn't done anything on this board beyond creating some amazing webteases and recruiting some new subs with her very concise, powerful, and even erotic style of writing. You'd think that with all the teases that get rated below the viewing threshold that a strong tease writer would be applauded for their efforts as opposed to being thrown under the bus.

This is exactly what I wanted to see. I do think you're making a poor decision (seeing as you've been here less than a week - are you sure you trust someone you haven't known that long?), but you are right. It's on you. Nowhere did I try to force anyone to stop doing what they're doing; I'm just issuing words of caution which I think you should examine more closely.sarah_sweetgirl wrote:It's great that you've aired your concerns but I really see it as a non-issue. Mistress Kendoll has been great so far!
She didn't contact me... I contacted her. I sought her out, I chatted with her back and forth, and I made the conscious choice to submit.
If things go sour (and I doubt they will) then so be it. I accepted that risk when I left myself open to her will.
The mere fact that she has an alter-ego isn't the problem; it's that, when confronted, she doesn't admit it. She's being deceptive, that's what I have a problem with. It really makes me wonder what else she's being deceptive about. How well do you really know her?In all honesty your issues are based entirely on speculation and were, up until this point, not worth addressing. Maybe you should try contacting Mistress Kendoll directly instead of trying to air your concerns by publicly slandering a member for something you merely *anticipate* them doing. At the most you've uncovered that Mistress Kendoll is an alter ego of Quiet Linda, and although you have some compelling evidence you really don't have proof (like, say, matching IP addresses on the accounts...). In any case, that's for the admins to know as opposed to the average user and, from my understanding based on the terms of agreement to the site, information that they are not at liberty to expose to regular members.
I don't think her teases are very good, but that's just a matter of opinion. The "new subs" are what I'm worried about. There's a ridiculous amount of them, and as most of them registered in the past week, I think they're rushing into things far too quickly.Mistress Kendoll has been amazing so far and hasn't done anything on this board beyond creating some amazing webteases and recruiting some new subs with her very concise, powerful, and even erotic style of writing. The teases themselves aren't the problem. I think I've made the problem pretty clear. Have fun with your bad decisions, I guess. If Mistress Kendoll's teases are not to your liking, or you don't like the idea of her teases spanning out into the forums (although I never saw complaints about a Jana teases or other ones that used characters from teases as members on the forums) then just give it a vote and be done with it. We're all adults here, and we're supposed to know what we're doing. You don't need to be a hero and try to save us from a bad decision, because good or bad those decisions are ours to make.

That's fair enough, and from that perspective, I appreciate what you're trying to do....I don't think her teases are very good, but that's just a matter of opinion. I know these people might not be new to the website itself...my concern is that they're certainly new to Kendoll, meaning that they haven't talked to her prior to registering. Maybe I'm alone here, but I view D/s relationships as rather serious. I can't even fathom entering into one myself after knowing a person for less than a week - I think real trust is necessary; and for that you have to know someone really well. Playing with someone is one thing...but to say you're someone's sub? Way more serious, in my opinion.ballsfull wrote:That's fair enough, and from that perspective, I appreciate what you're trying to do....I don't think her teases are very good, but that's just a matter of opinion. But I just want to throw out one thought, and I think this is what happens a quite a lot....
A girl (or guy) will be surfing/reading/enjoying this website for quite a while, while never actually being motivated to register.... And then, a thread is started, or a webtease is written, that really "hits the spot" of the person, and they want to be involved.....
So they register, to be allowed to comment and send/receive PMs....
And I think that's a GOOD thing, for everyone...
But there's your ~new~ person.... They're not really new to the site, just that you've never heard from them before.... Happens ALLLLL the time...
Just something to think about....
Thanks,
Barry

I was trying to be humorous, but I appreciate that not everyone always thinks I'm funny.. Oh well... I tried...
