Women in porn have become a lot hotter in the past 10 years. This has to do with porn attracting new starlets from Hungary, Czech, and Russia. A larger pool of women entering industry means better quality of starlets.
Cosmetic surgery has become much more mainstream, rather than being an underground business. This allowed for better surgeons, better equipment, and newer technologies to be used. Implants are not as obvious as they used to be, but they still are pretty obvious.

Lastly, people's tastes changing. Paris Hilton rich-bitch-type was the general crave of the early 2000, but people got sick of em fast. People also got sick of breast implants and cosmetic surgeons.

No kidding. I look at some of my 'classic' porn pics from the mid-90s and it was either highly amateur or highly fake. :)

That said, some of my faves over the years were Slave Sara & Rachel Payne ... back when Sara (and many others) was still on Yahoo Groups. Now, even amateur porn is very mainstream and you have to wonder where 'amateur' ends and 'pro' begins given the ability of a single person and their home computer to really produce a quality video/photoset.
