Ok I've had it up to here with teases that either have either no plot, no spell/grammar check, or no point. I don't know if anyone else shares my opinion, but I think all teases should have a trial run of let's say 24 hours. Every IP address gets one vote, either a yay or nay, and if there is more no's then the tease is deleted.

I'm just getting frustrated with all of the teases where "You frinds mom waks in an starts aclling you bitch and tellig you to snif hr pantyies", and the losers posting personal ads. I know some of these have been minimized, but I think they should just be deleted.

Also, lack of sleep, and me already being mad makes me a not-so-happy person. I might edit this later if it seems bad, I suppose...

I have frequently posted links to sites that will spell and/or grammar check your text so really there is no need for this thread.
But it shows how lazy some people are.
I have all but stopped following teases rated under 4 for these reasons.

All my teases were corrected by all2true and some other good peoples becouse I know there is no way I write them without mistakes ;D.

So if you want you can find solution.

I'am far from blaming anybody for his english as my is bad too and I don't like when peoples talk that some guy is lazy becouse he make some mistakes (especially when these guys don't have teases too they don't even try to write something to share). I think that if they try to write something in language that is not familiar to them (if they really try)that is something completly diffrent from laziness.

Of course they can write in their native languages but then some guys whine that they don't understand them and better rate them 1 for this reason.

So I think that vote thing idea is completly ridilicious.I don't want to see situation that hard work of some men/women is deleted becouse some "english pro" users can't look at it.(I bet some of them don't even try to learn any other language so they don't know that this is not a piece of cake for most people)

You can always do what les do.Look at teases with 4+ rating they usually are writen very well.

There are extreme cases like tease linked above but this is rare situation and I don't think there is need to implicate new system to regulate it

Bad grammar and spelling are (is?) usually reflected in the rating. Although I think regular teases get an unfair advantage in that you have to go through the entire tease to give it a rating. If a tease is poorly written I'm very likely to close it right away.

Google translate is not very good if you want proper grammar, in my experience at least. Might depend on your language though.

Ok I will give you the benefit of the doubt for those of us who speak other languages (im sorry I do tend to forget other countries use the internet lol) ,but in a good amount of teases you can tell what is laziness and what is a second language. And as said before, spell checks are not too hard to find online. Random typos are ok, as everyone does it, but when there are 20 mispelled words on one page, there is a problem. Im also saying that we should do the test thing for the personal ads that keep getting posted. Either a yes or no system, or go by ratings. Anything under a 1.5 or something gets deleted or put into a separate page. I don't think im the only one here who has looked at numerous titles and thought "Wow this looks pretty good" and then find out they were typed with one hand the entire time...


And as for me not creating any teases. I've tried it, didn't like what I made, and deleted it instead of posting it. Im not afraid to admit that its not difficult to make a good tease, and no I can't do it, but you shouldn't go ahead and make a 30 page tease in 10 minutes then post without looking it over.

I like to think I can tell the difference between a lazy and/or badly thought out tease and a persons difficulty with the English language.

I have seen a few teases that have been posted in a native language and then translated by another.
And some I have used translate or babel fish when the pictures have looked interesting.

It is true though that although technology can help in should be considered an aid and not a substitute for effort.

There have been many posts by others willing to help with proof reading.

I always print out, read and make alterations on a piece of "Important Writing",
Before the final send.

I also preview before I submit to check layout and links, in my forum posts.

I totally agree for the issue about the personbal ads and some meanless teases, especially those made with total laziness or inconsistency.

But for the language error 2 types exists:
1- common error (a couple mistake in the hole tease) and english weakness
2- laziness. Well you can notice that some teases have unacceptable typing errors in big numbers as in
"laazinese. wlle u cam notce tha soime taeses hav ubaceptable tuipingf eerors in in bifg numbes as in"

In the last case the issue is not english but a bad typing attitude followed by a non-rereading. Personnally and I think most milovana common participate read any thing we type before sending, like while I was typing those words I was checking them again and egain. And beleivement in only this text 10 to 20 words can be rewriten.

So please read your teases before sending them. I can understand the wrong use on a verb tense or syntaxe but never stupid error left to the reader.

I'm glad to hear someone else cares about having a plot as well as good English. I would suggest that my teases all have these desirable characteristics. So if your tastes are similar to mine, then you might enjoy reading some of my teases. If you find a spelling or grammar error in one of my teases, please let me know.
