Okay....has anyone else noticed that tessa began this thread...but hasn't said anything since it began......and in further investigation....this is the one and only post that they made??????

and they took the idea from me in chat!

as for a place to play, i'd suggest the two people discuss it, as there are lots of places. or have a short list of acceptable places.

yahoo has a decent chess game and many people are registered there already.
game knot is alright as well.

if there are any other suggestions for places that people post, i'll try to edit them into this post (or make a new one).

oh and to be clear, i'm not participating other than as an interested observer/site compiler.

I will sort the applicants into teams of two, randomly.

Indy, I got a question....sorting the names randomly....isn't that going to open up for some problems with people trying to get their times to match up?
I'm not saying I have an idea, other then people listing what part of the world they are in, to try and help the sorting go easier.....

And I do realize I never put my name down............besides the fact that I suck at chess, even though I love the game....between things here and the outside world...taking on something else would leave me to far stretched and I might break into. *giggle*

Anyway.....I think this is a wonderful idea.....and I for one appreciate you stepping up to take over. *Smile*
