Edit: File upload should now be working again for Windows users. I'm now gonna take a look at Mac and Linux.

Ok, I've fixed a whole string of bugs.
All upload on Windows, Mac and Linux with any browser should now work! 
If it doesn't, make sure you have the latest version of Flash and if it still doesn't, please report your problem here.
