I'm having trouble setting card images in Apps>Games. I constantly get an error message "Unable to set card image. A generic error occurred in DGI+"

Where have all the images gone? No thumbnails. No images in flash teases or traditional teases. Anyone else experiencing this?

Surely there are two types of links in question. One pointing to a website where the image originates (playboy.com for example) and one pointing to a filesharing site.
