Agree with all stated above, but one of my all time favorites is Great American Challenge. It's not a proper Cock Hero, as there is no beat meter and the challenge is to NOT fap over the nearly 40 minutes, or just fap nonstop all the way through. I found doing either one of those almost impossible ...

1) I know this is cheating, but every minute of CH Infected is incredible. And except for the final challenge round, it's not really divided. But the section starting around 5:45 until about 16:45 is damn near unbeatable.
