Re: Overview of Estim Hero - Stereo

I read the manual, saw the description. If I didn't have my own build stereo stim setup, I would buy this (I know it may not be available in the USA) regardless, this appears to be head and shoulders above every other device I've seen. Kudos to the developers and hoping for their great success.

Thanks, for whatever reason I couldn't didn't find that app. I now can see how to adjust balance.
I obviously misunderstood the signal path when using Bluetooth.

Re: Best practice to calibrate estim signal for webtease?

Since you use Bluetooth amp, your sound card is not used. Bluetooth output is seen as audio card on computer.

You can't add volume controls after the amp. If amp has volume control, that is it, in case of amp with audio input, you add volume control there, on line input signal. For Bluetooth amp ...

Best practice to calibrate estim signal for webtease?

Most estim webteases have a calibration function before you begin. Some are just straight up -- turn up signal until... Others, instruct you (while not connected) increase the computer signal until it registers on your device. Then to connect and calibrate using the estim device.

My setup is: from ...

Re: Yet another stereostim amp question (variation)

Good discussion.

My situation is a bit different. From the computer I feed my amp (Fosi Audio BT20A Pro Bluetooth Stereo Amplifier) via Bluetooth. This gives me isolation and fewer cables. It then goes into a box I built that has two audio transformers and a pair of current reducing 4 ohm resistors ...

Re: Urethral electrode

yes, do keep us informed. I too only use metal (polished stainless steel). I got mine (I have three different sizes) from Amazon. They have a crook with a rubber gromet which ensures that it doesn't slip out or in too far.

Thanks all the time to do such a comprehensive, well-presented review. If I did not have my own built setup, I would likely buy this one.

Re: Nerve injury after estim

That's why I block frequencies less than about 200 Hz using a high-pass filter.

I've thought about adding a high-pass filter but not sure where to place and how to size the (capacitator). I have a commercial audio amp (Fosi BT20a Pro) where I feed it into two transformers. I do have a pair of 4 ...
