Weird, it doesn't happen to me. Atleast temporarily, you can get the save codes and store those in a text file or something.

Never mind, after closing the Terminal, and trying to reopen the file, it opened the game, it is supposed to be a window in Safari? I thought it would be like its own application.

I used to get the same problem on safari, but just switching to another browser fixed it for me.
