'Stroker Ace' Video Teaser 2 - feedback appreciated!

After taking the feedback from Human, Invasion19, and tBone (thanks to all three of you) from my first video teaser, here's video teaser #2. Changes include:

1) Did away with flashing "Stroke" signal
2) Added "5 second beat change" heads-up message
3) Added numeric beat descriptions (1 - 2 - , 1234, etc,)
4) Placed all text signals at the bottom of the page.
5) Slightly increased volume of metronome beat rhythm

So please check out Video Teaser #2 below. FYI, this video clip will likely be the very first part of the "Stroke Ace" video tease when it's finally completed (plan is to have 9 "rounds", this being the very first one).

NOTE: all download links are to the same file - just giving you guys various options to download.

I would appreciate any feedback - is the sound too loud, is the text too big/too little, are the beat instructions clear, is the rhythm too difficult?

Lastly, I'm undecided at this time if I'm going to make the video tease fully HD, as that will really restrict my video selections for this video tease.

Again, appreciate any feedback at all - I don't think I'll be making another teaser - I'm just going straight to the full video tease after this!

Thanks for asking for feedback, like the new teaser much better

1. I would do away with the "stroke" word which is there 90% of the time. Instead, I would have "break" dsiplayed the remaining 10%. In general, the less text blocking the girls the better.

2. I would suggest making the beat text a little bit smaller, and also displayed in the *same* place all the time; preferably towards the bottom. Eg, the location at time 2:47 is great. The location at 2:42 is not the same and more up. Text jumping all over the place detracts from the girls.

3. Single color (break displayed in different color). Lots of different colors again distract from the girls.

4. Try to keep text in one line (a bit smaller font, used throughout) will help with this..

5. In general 720p content is preferable to display the glorious beauty of the girls But I wouldnt mind lesser res content. Hot content is much much better than less hot but higher res.

oh, i know what you mean by that. there's some amazing clips out there that aren't even close to hd. personally, i have no problem if the videos aren't extremely high def. i get the 720p version of the ch videos and they suffice. hell, some "720p" videos you stream online are closer to dvd quality or worse with all the compression.

i think the "break" text should be on the same side as the "stroke" text. other than that i enjoyed it. i don't mind the color changes and the beats are perfectly clear. i'll be keeping an eye on this since i'm considering making one myself.

Points #2, #4 and #5, I totally agree and I'm making changes in the final version to reflect that. That said, I'm keeping the "Stroke" in the corner, as well as having the varying colors (green, yellow, red). I actually like the color-coded words, as I think it's an additional "unsaid" heads-up of what's coming next. As for the "stroke" signal word, I think it's unobtrusive enough in the corner where I'm going to keep it.

Thanks Horace for the feedback - just as an FYI, I think about 60% of the videos I'll be using will be HD - it's the 40% that are in that "almost" HD quality that I want to definitely add. I figure the 1024x576 quality is good enough to make everyone happy. Oh and yeah, I took your suggestion in keeping the text in the same corner.

Thanks plissk3n for the kind comments and overall feedback. As stated above, going to keep the colors - I chose the light blue for "Break" because it's more of a cool down period than actual stopping. ;)

If anyone has anymore feedback, please add it soon - I'll be making the final project this weekend and would really like to get any great criticism or suggestions soon. Would hate to make changes when I'm halfway done with the video.
