Hey, thanks for the suggestions. That spam-fighting idea is interesting, but we have a policy that any measure we take against spam must be completely invisible to the legitimate user, meaning that we won't impose any restrictions on what, when or where somebody can post. This is something that makes our forum unique.

To open external links in a new window, you can simply hold the SHIFT key (CTRL for a new tab) when you click the link.
