Help in creating new EOS tease

Hey there Milovana community, I've been wanting to create a new tease for a long while, but I have no expertise in the language required, I've tried multiple times to use the teasestorage and keep the variables between sessions but I can never seem to get it working. And since fapnip is gone I think its best to just ask around if anyone knows how to. I got this working once, but never really was able to replicate it.

Anyways that's not even what I want to ask, what I really want to put out there is for anyone which would like to help me with a tease where you're essentially able to get characters as companions, these companions would then fight other characters in the wild and would if you decide capture those. It would work similar as a Pokémon game, but with IRL porn. Each character would have a different class and a different backstory which you could then walk through it to increase their power. The setting of the whole game would be based on angel sent from heaven to restore peace on Earth - this angel would be you, and essentially earth would have been corrupted by lust and desire. You would have to fight other Kings and Queens, which would also have their companions, and you would be able to conquer the world to your own benefit, save it from doom, or not give a fuck and just destroy everyone in your path.

I feel like this idea is great, and I've started the script already for it, but I'm not sure if Milovana is even a viable enough solution to put this out there. Maybe an actual game engine like Renpy would be best... idk tho. Keep in mind that this would still be a tease, during the battles you would have to complete certain tasks according to your own companion and the enemy.

Hi, I don't have experience in writing teases, but I have a good knowledge of how the whole system work, as I created a couple of different implementations of offline eos viewers. So If you have any specific question either write here or or PM me, I'm happy to help. However, I think your idea, even if great, it's a little too broad for Milovana, probably

im offering my help with coding, send me your discord name so we can keep in touch. i once made a tease with permanent storage and also played around a bit with battle systems. and i agree with thamrill that its probably better done as a standalone program with much less hassle. which i assume would be possible for me too.

The one thing I figured about tease storage is that it doesn't really work during tease preview in EOS editor (I think it's getting reset every time which kinda makes sense). If you want to check if it's working correctly use "share via link" option and play the tease as a normal user would. At least that's my experience.

Not doubting you just adding my personal experience, it always worked for me. My only gripe is the tiny storage size, going above a character limit the tease wont load. So i have to use 2 and 3 letter codes for variable names, and store numbers or true/false statements mostly , then in the init-code set proper variable names = to the storage variables. Then during the tease whenever a variable changes save it to the storage version as well . I even made a code and decode function for 9 of my long-name string variables, so the storage only has to deal with an array of 9 numbers, and the function translates those numbers to the strings i use and back. Its easy to get mixed up in all this, but in the end I find what i messed up when something doesnt work. Some vairable is usually not read or saved where it needs to be.
If I start a complicated tease from scratch ever again I might even do the vast majority or all vairables in a few arrays that store number codes for every value they could be in, to vastly reduce the amount of code i need to store and save things.
