Rubbish Talk is an Android application that displays a slideshow based on the given script and image files. It is inspired by TeaseAI but much cruder. This app is intended for those who instead prefer their own local media collections. Feel free to post bugs and your suggestions to improve it.

How to play (with a demo):

1. Download "demo.zip" and unzip it to a place in your storage.
2. Install the app.
3. Start the app, tap (add new game...)
4. Put something in the "Game name", and tap "Tap to Browse..." below.
5. Find the directory where you unzipped "demo.zip".
6. Tap "OK".

Some feedback/report and a request:

1. It seems to close occasionally. I cannot tell if this is on a timeout, or if it is crashing. Takes about 1-5 minutes to close. This isn't too big a deal except it restarts audio playback, which is unfortunate for longer audios. I'll test more and see if I can figure out why it's crashing (maybe it picks up an unsupported file?)

2. Why the 1000 ms minimum? Is that able to be uncapped? This would be pretty freaking great as a lightweight goon/hypno thing with ultra rapid image flipping.

I will remove the 1000ms cap.

For question 1, I guess it is a bug but I am not sure. I need to investigate.

I installed the app give it all permissions and selected the folder with the unzipped demo but the app stays black.:( ehat did i wrong? I use android 13.

I have uploaded a 0.4.1.2 version. Try this version and see whether it reports any errors.

This version uses a different Android APK signature. So any older version installed must be uninstalled before installing this version.
