I love this concept, of being in a Female Led World, where woman rule over Chastity locked Beta male slaves. I'm afraid you'll have to manually set the e-stim device as you play along with the tease.
I don't own an e-stim device myself, so I don't know how I'd callibrate or employ it in the tease.
