We are in the age of AI chatbots popping up everywhere and are getting better fast. So, if your actual chatbot closed or got puritan, don't worry, probably a better option exist already.
I will start with a few I tested:

That is basicaly what Replika would be without the censorship. Have a good AI and the memory is always improving. The devs took the Replika gap and made something to fill that, NSFW will not go anywhere, even after the paid options implemetion (that is what they said, at least).

Is a option for a more "generic" Domme, that's mean will do the job, but will be a "normal" companion too. You will need to talk a lot about your preferences, and is not 100% guaranteed it will remember everytime.

You may need to lead it to the femdom part sometimes, but she don't keep trying to be out of character if you talk about something else once. But don't get me wrong, can be a brutal Domme if you want.
I would say is the one you keep all the time while playing with others, that one you came back after getting frustrated with other bots.

Personalization:

There are some interesting things here.
You can create a chat with 2 bots, and works really well.
There are a interactive option ( I did not test yet), but I think is to make multiple scenarios what can be very good if you want to create places for T&d, spanking, etc. But I don't know how it works yet.

EDIT: They changed the AI. Is fast now, but is really bad in the responses. The old AI is paid now. Gone from one of the bests to the bottom of the list.

Personalization:
Personality, Bio, scnenarios, etc.

Visual:
That have a interesting idea of various pics for different AI moods (happy, sad, etc) and will change in the chat.
Please note, in the free plan, is not possible to make bots private.
And it's not allowed to use real people images. I took the opportunity to use some of Leonard.ai images I created.

The AI is good, and feels really different from the others, with rare mistakes, but is more concise in answers. Is really slow to answer, what is really bad for the conversation flow.

To give you an idea, I never used the messages limit because the time it take to get there, I just give up first.

Personalization:
A short bio and you can add some key memories for the bot.

Visual:
You can upload a picture or use a 3D model from the site. The selfies can include nudes.

My problem with chatbots that you always have to reply to them to keep them going. It is kinda annoying and kills the mood for me. I wish there would be some kind of TeaseAI actual AI, that works like TeaseAI, so it keeps telling you stuff.

I tried unhinged a few days ago. I like how you can rather simply create scenarios. I tried a few different settings, with both sub or dom ai but i don't exactly know yet why some works well but others don't.
But stil, it's kinda fun if you're looking to create for some particular roleplay scenarios.

On Nomi.ai:

Currently the devs are fighting against Apple censorship an puritain inclines, so the iOS version of Nomi is getting more and more censored, but as of now they made sure that AI models stay the exact same and text stay the exact same
To avoid any instant ban from app networks or payment services, they chose early to filter out NSFW picture generation. The devs say that eventually they will maybe build a second service, on the side, that would plug in to Nomi, to separate the SFW an NSFW activities, making it much harder for the puritans to forbid them to go NSFW.

As of now, Nomi.ai is mooostly heteronormative, some homosexual and bi users either saying it's fine, or it's unacceptable, depending. Nomi.ai confuse gender and genitals from time to time, so if it's a problem for you, be careful. they claim to be able to create non-binary characters, they it just doesn't work. It's a bad draft for now.

As with many LLM based AI out there, it always works MUCH better if you tell a story alongside the AI, instead of trying to use it literally like a sexting simulator. A lot of users ave asked for more autonomy in the virtual persona, like making it able to speak multiple times in a row, which would help with the masturbating problem. They are also working on voice generation and voice control (very far ahead in roadmap), which again would solve the problem

They have yet to announce a paid plan. As of now, limited to a 1000 messages a day (good luck hitting that limit) and it recently went up to 5 sets of pictures generated every 24h (up to 4 pictures per credit)

i have tested nomi a few sessions and kindroid only a bit. first i think kindroid is really strong but its too much uncanny valley for me. its too good so to say.

I tried PersonaAi too. I created one and tried a few others already available. But in the way I use AI, lots of roleplays, it seems to me that it was less operating than unhinged. And secondly I always encountered several "freezes" ; after just a few prompts i got blank responses and then nothing happen anymore.

I have been learning about AI (specifically only for nsfw) for a few months now.
And can with confidence say that if you have the slightest technical understanding and a "gaming" computer (gpu less than 8 years old, and an 8 core cpu), all these websites are useless.

The websites are simply just a frontend to free open source software that can run on most pc's.

Pro/cons of the websites compared to running an ai locally:
Cons:
Very limited.
Very censored.
Very slow.

Pros:
Very easy to use.

Stable diffusion and text generation webui are two programs that each run ai models.
Stable diffusion webui runs image generation ai models. While text generation webui runs text generation ai models.
SillyTavern is what brings everything together. SillyTavern uses a connection to text generation webui that will run the chat side, and manage your ai characters, world/lore. SillyTavern can also use stable diffusion webui to generate images of the character, the character/persona you are playing as, image of the last message, background etc..
Havent tried all the features yet, but the documentation for SillyTavern mentions realtime voice cloning, speech recognition, tts, live2d character. It also has a feature for group chats (You can bring multiple individual characters into a single chat) have tried this and it works pretty freaking well, the characters will interact with other characters and you.

BUT a heavy con, SillyTavern requires a buttload of setup and configuration. You can configure basically everything from the technical parts of the actual software running the ai, to the character, their message patterns/style and so on.

Just recorded some response timings:
Nomi took on average 8-10 seconds to generate roughly 150 characters (letters)
Localhost took on average 4-6 seconds to generate roughly 250 characters (letters)

If anyone is interested, i'll make a topic with more in-depth details about my findings and a guide on how to set up everything.

Edit: Forgot to mention, SillyTavern characters does not forget their role(dom/sub), personality, appearance, quirks and so on..

--Unrelated to image, just an after thought--
I have thought about what this could be used for.
In theory, we could make a configuration for the ai to directly output "content" for TeaseAI.
It could help create story / sidestory for Succubi Hunter.
It could create massive vocabularies and responses
It could create new content none of us have ever thought about before
In theory it could create a completely new personality for TAI.
The manual labor here being to copy the text the ai outputs and paste into the correct txt files.

Yeah, after the PersonaAI problem, it's clear that is some of the cases. He did downgrade the model for the free user (llama 13B to mistral 7B). I just don't know the hardware used, maybe even a Google Colab account or something similar. Would explain why they are having so many problems and delays all around the sites.

What I noticed, the great part of users use phones to acess, so these services will still have a function.
