I agree, this is a great idea.

It would be even better if you could give it a number of strokes and pick a starting speed like 30/60/90/120 bpm from a button, then fine tune from there with the faster/slower buttons, say going up/down 10 bpm at a time.

I could see myself having this open in one browser window/tab, with the tease I'm doing in another.
