Is there a particular reason why mostly pornpics.com images are used for webteases?
I was thinking of using pics collected on reddit, but if nobody does that, there might be a specific reason.

No clue, other than that galleries are nice to work with if you want to make a tease with one model in one outfit, for immersion. Also, there are tools for automatically downloading galleries from select sites, which is a nice advantage over crawling reddit for porn. I'm pretty sure none of the images on this site are being posted with any regard to copyright laws, so anything goes really.
