No, Vi89 did not have a dual channel version.

You could even use it to create another DC for vi22 as its dual channel is not conversion, it was manually crafted track by Rillo while triphase versions were by digitalparkinglot.

I just created it based on londongent's steps. I already consumed vi89 and now it doesn't turn me on anymore so you might be the first one to try it :)
Left channel has no rest while right has pauses (I believe this is result of triphase sections that were identical, with no stroking), so wire as you wish but I think right is cock because no stroking section would be without common stimulation.

What settings were you using (volume , MA position, etc..) on the ET312B? I can't get any dynamic signals when trying DC.

If I recall correctly, @diglet said that he was working on or already having a version of software that can reverse-engineer a funscript from audio file... It might not be possible to get same effects like in this file since it was not generated from funscript and has more intricacies, but it is probably best thing you could get now.
I prefer DPLs creations over funscripts... even for files where he converted funscript and then tuned it a bit, like for Halcyon Daze... funscript is simply not intended for estim and doesn't contain enough information to convey his intention.
Went for triphase (left: head, common: balls: right: butt). The estim file for this one was really top notch - shall definitely be one of my go-to estim files in future.
