Image Blocker web add-on/program

Hello everyone and happy new year!

One of my resolutions this year is to get more focused on sexual censorship.
I am struggling to find a browser add-on or program that blocks images. I would love to be able to access a site but not see any images on it because it was blacked-out/blurred/not loading etc.

I don't want to install full parental controls on my laptop since it will disrupt programs that I need for work/etc.

Does anyone on here have any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Oh wow, I knew about (and often use) Beta Safety, but I didn't know about Purify. Firefox is my main browser and I'm glad an extension exists for it, thank you so much for that! It seems more convenient too, don't have to run a program in the background.
