Hey, here is why I think your idea is not that easy to realize:
- Privacy. You'd have to make everything client side. Like the client loading stuff from his hard drive everytime he opens the site.
Otherwise I don't think many people would store personal data and chat logs on your site.
- Financing?
- Custom/community content?
- Custom tagged sets and custom media isn't supported or you'd need to allowed users to upload their own content. Costs? Servers? Load?
- Writing a personality is so much work, trust me. Starting with a whole web frontend and being limited by it while also trying to create a personality to use alongside it will sadly probably take you a year or two.

Don't wanna stop you but I think you are better off working on a personality than on a whole new web client if you want to go the route of TeaseAI / create a similar experience.

I support your idea.. Some of my observations when I thought long ago:

My idea of perfect personality is based on random events.
