Well, you are definitely allowed to think beyond the list. It is a tool to help the players and I have set it up in a way that it is rather vanilla (so players would not be asked to go beyond their boundaries). I would say that if you decide to post a key that is rather niche that you include an alternative for players that feel like this is beyond their limits (since they will have to edge to it).

I just had a thought about how to handle basement/roof rooms. I would put the punishment/outcome in a spoiler tag, also any subsequent visit text.
Especially in the roof where a lot of the rooms easily fit on one screen it is very hard for your eyes not to jump down to the bold text at the bottom purely because its now the "brightest" text on the screen. I know I have a few times re rolled a basement or roof because the outcome was rather uninteresting. ( I always re-roll basement 13 since that one would make me take over an hour or two just to get the key)
Also, along the uninteresting train of thought, the roof rooms that just have a straight denied, no chance, are rather boring. I get those rooms have a good purpose so that every journey to the roof isn't just a "victory", but at least having the player roll a dice and a 1-4 is denied go to that floor, 5 is ruin an orgasm, and 6 is denied go to the basement. It makes it feel much more interesting in my opinion.
However, great game so far and I am having a ton of fun. Randomness really hit me these last few days. Two basement and two roof visits in 3 days with the last one today resulted in one of the new rooms giving me 6 ruined orgasms .

Basement
As for getting a same basement tease too many times (which I have already experienced too, all too familiar with the basement ). Maybe I should make it an official rule that you cannot get a tease two times in a row or that within the next three times that you visit the basement that you are allowed to reroll your outcome when landing on a tease you already did within these three visits. The same rule could also be applied to the roof.
Roof
Certainly something to integrate. The feeling of a chance always excites me as well when doing something and you can play with the odds there to make it more likely it will end in denial. It also makes it more interesting for revisits since the outcome is not always the same. I will give it a rework. Maybe I will have it fixed within the November edition or else it will definitely be this way in December.

Couple of comments and observations so far:
Daily 19 - is this always supposed to be 3 pages or should it match the player's difficulty? Wording is a little unclear. For variety's sake, it might also be fun have this one randomize which 3 pages (of the full pages available) so someone who rolls this a few times isn't always seeing the same pictures next month.
The dailies in general and interactive tasks are a lot of fun and I like them. Downside is that it's a bit of a pain to read through every post double-checking for a challenge or not. Quoting helps a lot of course. I don't think there's an elegant way to get around this one though, so not a big deal.
The other effect I've seen with the dailies is a lot of posts which have no pictures since someone is just updating their status performing a challenge and not grabbing a key. Nothing wrong with this at all, but it might lower the number of images per page (it's a bit hard to tell, since dailies also mean people might post more as part of their regular game posts). If you decide this is something to change, an easy idea for next month might be to require 3 pictures and 3 edges for any post at all in the game thread. Again, more an observation than a problem, and some turns take plenty of time to complete as is haha.

Can I do this?
