It seems like all of this can be done already in CTI (custom tease instructor) by just making up some of your own cards, then use something like IrfanView to randomise the cards you have in the instructions folder?

As far as ideas go, I would suggest you find your own Hard limits. Ex: you said you don't like anal, so make a cum with a toy in your ass, or dont cum until tomorrow card. You have the option to skip it, but after a week of doing this and edging every day, I bet you won't :P

The type of game you're making is basically going to be highly engineered towards yourself, so most suggestions probably aren't going to be for your taste. Yeah I suspect Fapioh was based on CTI itself. The problem with both being there are a lot of things that don't appeal to me hence me trying to come up with something that is geared towards myself. I know this makes it difficult to come up with suggestions though.
