First of all, great question and thanks for putting so much thought into the scenario.

I voted for number 2 as the option I would choose.

It goes without saying that number 1 is just a non-starter from the very beginning really.

I did give some consideration to number 3. It wasn't necessarily the lack of sex that put me off but it was the ruined orgasms that part made it a non-option as I never really saw the appeal of them and a life of never being able to fully enjoy a proper orgasm would just be hell for me - even if I was the slave to my dream woman. For me the choice came down to process of elimination.

Number one... not a chance.

Number two... I'm asexual, so the actual act of sex isn't something I want anyway, so yeah, no to that.

The simple choice for me is number 3. This is because I have had the time in my life to think about what I ultimately want.
