My opinion: nope, it ain't possible. Female squirt is a liquid produces by female analog of prostate. WHile ejaculating men shoot out all prostate secret as sperm. In other words spern is about 5-10% is a thick liquid from balls + the rest of it is what comes from prostate.
There is such thing as precum, however. It's when men's prostate is very productive and this juice starts to flow out in moments of arousal. You can see that in the middle of your video where he haven't cum yet. Precum is very personal though. Some have it a lot, some don't have it at all.

Facts:

Men and women do not have the same physiology - beyond the obvious differences.

Male precum comes from the cowper's glands. Some males have next to nothing, some have loads. But even for those who have loads, you can never really ever make these fluid shoot out at speed.
