This is a really awesome game and I'm very excited to continue in the future with another difficulty, and potentially chastity mode.
Now I understand that this is a game of luck and that the experience is different for everybody but from what I found there might be a change or two that might make the master difficulty more challenging. The luck aspect of the game is huge, and is probably why I finished master mode so easily, when in the first game (D&O 1) I struggled to the point where I gave up because the road was too challenging. Having experienced master mode, the double edging/ stroking (great idea) did make some Squares a lot more difficult, but that was about the extent of it. Here are a few recommendations I have to make master mode a bit 'harder'
Purgatory- I believe in both circumstances this is how I climbed the ranks to defeat the game. Most of the Squares were fairly difficult but if you get through it is a free ride ( even though it's said not to be) to Heaven . But because there are quite a few Squares and also the witch that will take you to Purgatory- this is a quick path to Heaven for those doing master mode. I know some people might not have the time, but potentially lowering the time limit in Purgatory in master mode to 24 hours from where you start would make it a worthy challenge to get into the precious Heaven. I love the idea of Purgatory but an even crazier idea would be to abolish it completely for master mode and whenever it says to go there, instead send the player down to Hell 1. Although this might be too drastic it really would make Master difficulty much much more of an arduous task.
The Witch- in master mode the witch is so overpowered. In the end of my current game I definitely 'cheezed' by using the witch multiple times in a row to get finished more quickly so I wasn't left vulnerable in a high position in the game. To truly make master mode worthy of its name the witch definitely has to be nerfed. A few options I had were to heavily increase the price of XP to visit the witch, 10XP (or even Higher) would be enough incentive to not spam the witch multiple times in a row. Another option is to limit the amount of times you can use the witch to once every five or ten turns so that it isn't possible to keep receiving the witch's blessing.
My final suggestion (which is my favorite of the three) would be to make a special master mode wheel for the witch. Across both playthroughs I only came across two instances of ruined orgasm that wasn't caused by an accident, one forced and one optional ( there may be more I haven't seen every square) and so on another playthrough I would not be too worried of the rule where 'If you ruin you are sent to Hell 1, even if stated otherwise.' This can be mended with a couple changes on the witch's wheel, that would also limit her power at the same time. Instead of making it so one-sided the witch could have more sectors of the wheel with big consequences, such as, ruin immediately to the witch ( she needs more than just your XP) or your next orgasm is blocked and ruined or Randomize a square on Earth and at the end of the task ruin instead of denial or Go to Purgatory 1 and complete every square in a row - if you give up go to Hell 30, if you ruin go to Hell 1. Keep some of the remaining good sectors of the wheel and add more bad ones so there is about a 50/50 or even 60/40 split. This would keep incentive of going to the witch but not an obvious option in the early stages of the game, and add more risk when it is necessary to see her when the player has 3,4 or 5 Poison Points. I know a lot of time went in to the creation of this game, and any more editions would be too much when a break is needed, but I am willing to chip in more ideas for a wheel like this, along with anyone else who has cool ideas. I really think this would be an awesome edition to an already amazing, amazing game and would add more difficulty and risk( and thus more pleasure) to a fascinating experience.
