Day 4. done 10 min stroking to 60bpm without edge
then 10 min to 120 with 3 edges
so i had one more edge for the last 10 min. of stroking

I put on a 30 minute video planning to do all the requirements straight through. First I started with 10 minutes at 60, then 10 minutes at 120. I hadn't used any of my edges so in the remaining time. I would edge and hold for one minute and slow it down even more to get off the edge, then stroke slowly for a minute and speed it up until I was back at the edge.
