It is entirely optional but does give bonus points.

It is called a Cycle
If you wish to try it, get a wooden spoon or a crop.

A cycle is 10 light hits to each ass check
5 light hits to each ball and 3 on the cock head.
Then 5 medium hits to each ass check,
3 medium to each ball, one to the cock head.
Finally, 5 hard to each ass check!
That is a cycle.
I award one bonus point for each cycle.
Three! POINTS if you are hard the entire time.
